Where is my data stored?

All your subscription data is stored locally on your device. Nothing is sent to any server. If you enable iCloud backup in Settings, your data syncs to your personal iCloud account.

How do I add a subscription?

Tap the + button on the home screen. You can pick from our catalog of popular services or add a custom subscription manually.

How are exchange rates calculated?

Exchange rates are sourced from the European Central Bank via the Frankfurter API. Rates are cached for 24 hours. They are approximate and meant for personal tracking only.

Why am I not receiving notifications?

Make sure notifications are enabled in both SubZen's settings and your device's Settings > Notifications > SubZen. Also check that Do Not Disturb or Focus modes aren't blocking them.

How do I restore my data on a new device?

If you had iCloud backup enabled, simply install SubZen on your new device and enable iCloud backup in Settings. Your subscriptions will sync automatically.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can delete individual subscriptions by swiping left, or delete all data by removing the app. If iCloud backup is enabled, disable it first in Settings to remove cloud data.
