By downloading or using SubZen ("the app"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the App
SubZen is a personal subscription tracking tool. It is provided "as is" for informational purposes to help you keep track of your recurring subscriptions. The app does not process payments, manage subscriptions on your behalf, or interact with any subscription providers.
2. No Financial Advice
SubZen is not a financial tool or advisor. The information displayed (costs, totals, exchange rates) is for personal reference only and should not be relied upon for financial decisions. Exchange rates are approximate and sourced from the European Central Bank via the Frankfurter API.
3. Accuracy of Data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the subscription data you enter. SubZen does not verify billing amounts, dates, or subscription statuses with any service provider. Exchange rates may be delayed up to 24 hours.
4. Data and Storage
All data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud backup, your data is also stored in your iCloud account subject to Apple's terms. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for any data loss.
5. Notifications
SubZen provides optional billing reminders via local notifications. These are approximate reminders and should not be your sole method of tracking payments. We are not responsible for missed or delayed notifications.
6. Intellectual Property
The app, its design, code, and content are owned by BuiltByMak. Service names, logos, and trademarks displayed within the app belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuiltByMak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed payments, incorrect totals, or data loss.
8. Termination
You may stop using SubZen at any time by deleting the app. We reserve the right to discontinue the app at any time without notice.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
